NZZ discusses Ben Read’s Binding Hook piece on Chinese cyber attribution

Ben Read’s July Binding Hook piece on how China is using public attribution of cyber activities to pressure Taiwan was referenced in an article from the Swiss Neue Zürcher Zeitung looking at the context of a recent case where China accused the United States of cyber espionage, a tactic that has more often seen attributions going the other way.
