Filippo Gualtiero Blancato is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Technology and Geopolitics at Harvard’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. His research explores the political, economic, and cybersecurity dimensions of digital technologies. His research has been published in journals like Policy and the Internet, International Affairs, Communications of the ACM, and the Journal of European Public Policy. Filippo holds a PhD in cybersecurity from University College London.
