Francesca Musiani

Francesca Musiani is a research professor at the National Center for Scientific Research, France (CNRS). She holds a PhD from MINES ParisTech (2012) and a babilitation from Sciences Po Paris (2022). She is the co-founder and current director of Centre Internet et Société of CNRS (CIS), where she co-leads an interdisciplinary ‘action’ on cybersecurity and social and human sciences, as well as two research projects on digital sovereignty (DIGISOV and ClaimSov). Francesca is a member of the Scientific Council of ANSSI (the French National Agency for Cybersecurity, since 2022) and she has advised the Predictive Cyberlab since 2022. In 2023, Francesca was the recipient of the Woman Cyber Researcher Award from CEFCYS (the French Circle of Women in Cybersecurity).
