Harriet Moynihan is Head of Accountability in International Law at the Oxford Institute of Technology and Justice, Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. Harriet is also an Associate Fellow in the International Law Programme at Chatham House, of which she was formerly Director, and a Research Affiliate at the Oxford AI Governance Initiative of the Oxford Martin School, University of Oxford. Harriet has over 25 years of experience as an international lawyer, including as a legal adviser in the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, as an academic, and as a solicitor at the international law firm Clifford Chance LLP.
