Spike Lister is senior policy advisor in the financial incentives team at the UK’s Department for Science, Innovation and Technology. He has worked on a variety of technological and organisational resilience policy areas, including the UK’s Software Security Code of Practice and the commercial offensive cyber market, as well as organising the UK’s first cyberbiosecurity conference. He has previously worked in the legal-AI sector, having completed a postgraduate diploma in law at BPP University. He holds an MPhil in American History from the University of Cambridge, as well as a MA (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh.
