Tobias Liebetrau is an associate professor at the Centre for Military Studies, Department of Political Science, University of Copenhagen and an associated researcher at L’Institut de Recherche Stratégique de l’Ecole Militaire (IRSEM) in Paris. His research interests include cybersecurity, digital technology, infrastructure, big tech companies, and public-private relations. He has published on these issues in journals such as the European Journal of International Relations, International Political Sociology, International Studies Quarterly, International Affairs, the Journal of Common Market Studies, and Contemporary Security Policy.
