Anne Blickhan is a Senior Consultant focused on cyber & geopolitics at Agora Strategy. She has previously worked at INTERPOL’s Office of the Special Representative to the United Nations, at NATO’s CCDCOE and the European Commission Secretariat General. She holds a dual master’s degrees in International Relations (Sciences Po Paris – Freie Universität Berlin) and pursues a LLM in Cybercrime, Cybersecurity and International Law. Her work focuses on the intersection between cyber criminality and cyber conflict. A French-German native, she speaks fluent English and Spanish.
