Dr. Jelle van Haaster is associate professor of cybersecurity at the Faculty of Military Sciences of the Netherlands Defence Academy. His work focuses on military cyber operations, intelligence, and the role of emerging technologies in defence organisations. Before entering academia, he worked in military operations and at the national level countering state-sponsored cyber threats. He also develops digital training tools used by military and security professionals.
